Life is full of challenges. Some challenges we can navigate our way through and some challenges we need help with through therapy. I think of therapy as one-on-one education especially meant for the client. With many therapy models to draw from, I take an integrative approach to therapy. I choose the most appropriate model for each individual client. All in all, therapy can help a client to once again find joy in the journey.
