I strongly believe that people have within them the strength to overcome difficult things in their lives. I specialize in helping children and adults gain control of their lives that they may feel they lost due to anxiety, depression, addiction, anger issues, grief, etc. Through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), we can explore strengths and use them to find the passion in life and overcome difficulties.

I am committed to helping children, adults and families live the best life that they can and am honored to help through the journey.
