Philosophy

I am a big believer in choices and always having a choice. Exploring those choices can sometimes be a puzzle and I enjoy figuring out puzzles.

I enjoy working with people who are committed to learning and growing. I believe that people usually tend towards health and sometimes get diverted by the healthy changes because change is uncomfortable in and of itself.

I know that people are amazing and everyone has a story to tell. I use Solution Focused Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral modalities and blend as necessary.
