Through my years of clinical practice, professional training and personal experience, my greatest strength is my belief that people can overcome all of life's greatest challenges and create new opportunities as a result of these challenges.

Most people enjoy my optimistic, warm, yet direct approach to immediately solving problems. My ability to help identify and understand core issues leads to permanent change. I love what I do and feel it a privilege to help people find the freedom, healing and passion their heart yearns for.

I specialize in helping people gain control of their lives, regardless of whether they feel out of control due to struggle with low mood, anxiety, addiction, or poor relationships or any other challenge.

I strongly believe in the human spirit's ability to heal. Therapy/coaching is nothing more than turning pain into wisdom. Like Galileo said, ‘You cannot teach a man (or woman) anything, you can only help them discover it within themselves.’ That's where true healing takes place.
