Philosophy

I am fairly eclectic in my approach to therapy, pulling from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, family systems theory and solution focused modalities.

Beyond my professional training and experience, perhaps my greatest strength is my unwavering belief in people and their ability to improve upon their circumstances and overcome the most difficult challenges we face in life. I work with amazing people and love what I do.

Many people appreciate my direct and sensitive approach in dealing with immediate concerns. My ability to assist in identifying and understanding core issues helps people in making lasting changes in the way they think, feel and behave.
