Natalie received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Weber State University, and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Utah.
Before beginning her private practice at Aspire, Natalie worked at Valley Behavioral Health and Davis Behavioral Health for several years. She also worked for Hill Air Force Base Family Advocacy.
Natalie specializes in working with children aged 8 and older, adolescents, and adults. She is trained in the use of DBT, CBT, Play Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT. In addition to these methods, Natalie also uses a variety of expressive art techniques with her clients. Natalie has a love for working with clients who are struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and communication difficulties, mood disorders and suicidal ideation. Natalie has also been trained in working with clients who have experienced traumatic events.
I enjoy painting and traveling with my husband. I love nature, being outdoors, and I am a big animal lover. I have a fun Golden Doodle named Bo. As a teenager I was engaged in acting and writing poetry.

I believe in a client-centered approach to therapy allowing clients to process, lead and define their own therapeutic goals. I also help clients learn skills and how apply them to their lives so that they may reach their full potential.
