I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children. We enjoy traveling to see new places or just taking walks around the neighborhood. I also enjoy golfing, hiking, biking, and watching college sporting events. I should have lived in San Diego because I enjoy sunny weather.
Ryan accepts self pay and clergy-assisted payment, along with the following insurances: • DMBA out of network • PEHP
My philosophy of treatment is that people make the most effective changes in therapy in the context of a caring and consistent relationship between therapist and client. This positive connection is the most important vehicle in the therapeutic process of learning to recognize and manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also believe that individual responsibility is paramount for successful treatment.
