I have 5 beautiful children who mean everything to me. I also enjoy and value a strong relationship with my mother. The holidays and spending time with family and friends are very important to me. I also enjoy laughing and playing pranks on people.
Teresa accepts self pay and clergy-assisted payment, along with the following insurances: • Blue Cross Blue Shield • DMBA out of network • HealthUtah • PEHP • WISE Network
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families who have made the decision to seek counseling. Taking this step and allowing yourself to be vulnerable is a courageous decision. I use a variety of techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy depending on the needs of each individual circumstance. I believe with the right tools and practice anyone can achieve their goals.
