Prepare for First Session
Verify that mental health benefits with your insurance are correct.
Fill out intake forms located in your client portal. An email will be sent to you upon scheduling.
Verify location of your therapist at one of our five Aspire buildings.

What to Expect
The first appointment consists of gathering of history and assessment of needs.
Payment is due at time of service, paid directly to your therapist.
Upon arrival, have a seat in the waiting room and your therapist will be with you shortly.
